Our Aistear theme for this month is "The Pizza Parlour". We set up our Pizza Parlour in our classroom and are having fun working as waiters, chefs and customers. We discussed healthy foods and the food pyramid. We made pizza from playdoh, engaged in sand play and learned how to set a table for our customers. Our Maths area of interest at the moment is money so we are paying for our food at "The Pizza Parlour" and are doing coin rubbings.
