Bronze Age artefacts in 4th and 5th Class

This week, we got the chance to examine some Bronze Age Artefacts from the Clare Education Centre.The box contained replicas of Bronze Age artefacts including Amber, Amber beads, Sheepskin,Flint, Copper Ore, a Spear head, an Axe head,a Flint Nodule, a Scraper and a Bronze Age board game where you follow a Bronze Age metal  worker on his adventures around a copper mine in County Cork. 

We really enjoyed examining these Bronze Age artefacts and learning about life in the Bronze Age in Ireland.
