This week we had our first coaching lesson with Ann McMahon. We learned how to hold our hurley in our 'hurley hand', where the 'toe' and 'heel' are on the hurley and practiced our hurling and fundamental movement skills of hopping, skipping and jumping. We can't wait for our next lesson.
