Happy St .Brigid's Day.

Here is a picture of St.Brigid's Well in Liscannor. People who live near there can visit the well today and say a prayer to St.Brigid. Some people like to take the water from the well home in a little bottle to bless themselves and their families with. Farmers often used the water from St.Brigid's Well to bless their animals with. St. Brigid is the patron saint of babies, midwives, cattle, creativity and of course Ireland. 

St. Brigid's Well is a lovely place to visit if you get the chance after the restrictions lift.
