Harvesting and Eating our Crops

This week we have been busy harvesting the crops that we planted in March. We grew potatoes, peas, scallions and onions and today we made a delicious vegetable soup using these vegetables. The children were so impressed with the progress the crops made since March. You can find pictures of the class planting these crops earlier in our class blog.
