We had a Lego Robotics Workshop in school today. There are 64 schools taking part in this initiative run by Learnit, on behalf of Analog Devices.
All of 5th/6th class participated in this workshop. Opportunities were given to code and see their 3D models in action.
One team (Dawid, Thomas, Kacper, Eoin) was chosen to represent our school in the semi-final in Limerick in March. A sub team (Elliot, Tadhg, Ayda, Caoimhe) was also chosen.
Teams were judged on their ability to be team players, displaying good communication and problem solving skills.
Five Lego kits were presented to 5th/6th Class. They all received a medal for participation.
We are very proud of our participants.
