Ready Steady Harvest and COOK

We were so lucky to be able to harvest our crops this year. We grew parsley and thyme from seed but only the thyme survived. We had our second year crop of strawberries and we were able to harvest the old blackcurrant bush after planting afew new bushes to join it. 
We made our own blackcurrant cordial, thyme pizza and Eton mess. We actually didn't make much of a MESS and the dishes were actually edible and almost yummy!
