Building Bridges in 1st and 2nd

This week's SESE and STEM theme was BRIDGES. We learned about famous Irish bridges and researched a bridge in our locality. We are lucky to have a bridge in our village. We went for a lovely walk down by the river to study the bridge. It gave us ideas for our bridge building task. Our challenge was to design and make a bridge that would hold a toy car. Mission accomplished !!!
